2026 Vendor Contract
All paperwork and fees must be received by Tuesday, July 14th, 2026!
The Yakima Valley Fair and Rodeo would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in the Yakima Valley Fair and PRCA Rodeo, Wednesday, August 5th through Saturday, August 8th, 2026. There are no gate admission fees charged to the general public to visit fair vendors.
