Record books are optional for 2026 however, each exhibitor 4-H and FFA will be required to sign and turn in the Yakima County Fair Form and Behavior Expectation form at check in:

YVFR 4-H Record Book Score Sheet with instructions (Click Here for PDF) and printable copies of the 4-H record book are found on the Yakima County 4-H Extension website.

Those submitting record books for judging will need to do so by 9pm on Tuesday, August 4th at the Livestock office.
FFA Exhibitors need to submit a blank judging sheet that corresponds with their record book.
